The guys installed my used lift in one day and it was hot out. Friendly workers and explained how to best maintain it. Good job.

Automotive Lift Services Review We called Automotive Lift Services upon recommendation from a friend to install a BendPak lift in my personal garage. Upon first calling, my expectations were high and they were met with exceptional professionalism and respect, but they would fall far from this as time went on. I first called near the end of 2025, and had the lift installed sometime near the end of December. The lift did not take very long to arrive at all and our only delay was arranging a garage door height conversion to be done. They were not very happy to be working around my schedule, almost seemed as if their schedule was the only one that mattered. Once they arrived, they were nearly 3 hours late from the set arrival time, and did not provide any heads up. They pulled in and started laying out the pieces of the lift to prepare for assembly, and that’s when we noticed mud COVERING this brand new $10,000 purchase. That was when they informed us the delay was due to their forklift getting stuck in their parking lot composed of mud. Apparently the truck must’ve gotten stuck too in order for there to be so much mud all over the lift components. When we asked if they would clean it

The rep for this company frequently used to bring donuts by, so when I finally had an issue with a lift they were my first call. They quickly had someone come check out the lift, and said parts would be ordered, this was in JUNE, it is now December. I have since called several times for an update and the person on the phone said they would look into it and call me back each time, and not once have I received a call back, and the lift is still not fixed. I cannot fathom how this company is rated 5.0.

Great Group to work with. Josiah was able to walk me thru the complete job from ordering the lift ,having it delivered to there shop for inspection and delivery, to final cost. Jude & Brian we excellent. Very friendly and more then willing to explain what they were doing during the installation. I would highly recommend this company and their services for your next lift installation.
